Our Story
In 2012, we took a leap of faith by opening Cattleya Thai in Warrnambool. It was a labour of love that we poured our hearts and souls into, day and night. We wanted to create a space that not only served authentic Thai cuisine but also fostered a sense of community and warmth.

Over the years, our little restaurant became more than just a business to us; it became a part of our lives, an extension of ourselves. Seeing the smiles on our customers' faces as they enjoyed our food filled us with immense joy and pride.
It was no surprise that we had to expand, to bring the magic of Cattleya Thai to even more people. The decision to open a second branch in Ballarat was not just a business move, but an emotional one too. We couldn't be more excited to share our passion with a wider audience and hope that they feel the love and care we put into every dish.
